The area provides the Legal Services, Assistance and Defense in the fields of Federal authorities; State and Municipal, regarding legal regulations, resolutions and administrative acts, such as:
TAX:
1. Liquidations for ISR, IVA, IEPS, watering rights and fines, originated by tax faculty actions (Home Visit, Desktop Review and more).
2. Liquidations for Foreign Trade, IGI, IGE, Compensatory Dues and other non-tariff restrictions, originated in the execution of tax action faculties (PAMA, Home Visit, Desktop Review and more).
3. Refund of contributions, paid unduly or by balances in favor.
4. Liquidations of contributions and fines, State of Municipal.
5. Administrative Execution Procedure (Payments Requirement, Garnishment, auction or adjudication of property, etc.).
6. Unconstitutional Tax Laws and Regulations.
7. Decrees and agreements of a general nature, different from the regulations, self-applicable for the first act of application.
8. Negative Authorizations, granting of Stimuli and the rest having the right.
9. Legal Defense, Administrative Appeals, Litigation (Nullity Trial).
ADMINISTRATIVE:
1. Administrative fines imposed by the labor Secretary, Environmental Attorney, Consumer’s Office, Secretary of Communications and Transportation, Ministry of Economy, CONAGUA, etc., this is for any sanction imposed by the Administrative Authority Federal, State or Municipal.
2. In matters of Responsibilities imposed on individuals or public servants, in the Federal State or Municipal scope.
3. Regarding public Works contracts, leasing, acquisitions, or rendering services to the public sector.
4. Negative of Permits, Authorizations or Concessions, in the Federal State or Municipal Scope.
5. Failures originated un public tenders and the interpretation and compliance of public contracts, public Works, acquisitions, leases and services held by agencies and entities on the state and/or federal public administration.
